For most maintenance items or financial arrangements you will need to log onto the website of our property management company: CORE Community Management and complete a one-time registration for your Capstone unit.
To register, click on the CORE home page, click the blue REGISTER button in the upper right corner, fill out the form then submit your form by clicking the REGISTER button at the bottom of the page. https://corehoa.cincwebaxis.com/cinc#

After you are registered you can sign in to your CORE account and fill out a work order, make financial payments and communicate with the CORE management team.

Items that are not CORE’s responsibility such as making a home improvement in a common area, installing windows or putting in a skylight must first be approved by the HOA Board.
