There is no life guard on duty! After-hours use is prohibited!
Please review these rules before using the facilities.
For the purpose of these rules, a homeowner is defined as the owner, the spouse of an owner or the primary renter of a unit who is approved by the management committee and whose permanent address is one of the Capstone Condominium units. A sublessor of a unit is considered a guest not an owner.
Guests are welcome but MUST be accompanied by the owner/approved tenant of the unit. The unit owner/tenant must be present inside the pool area. There is a limit of 7 guests per unit inside the swimming pool fence. Non-resident children are considered guests.
Resident children under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by the owner/tenant. Resident children of an owner who are 18 and older may accompany guests of underage siblings but are limited to 3 per unit.
Appropriate swim wear only. No underwear or cut off jeans allowed in the pool.
Food, glass containers and pets are not allowed in the pool area.
Running, rowdy, unruly, boisterous or obnoxious rough play is not allowed. No cannonballs.
The pool is a non-smoking area as is the entire common area. When smoking outside the pool area or tennis courts please be considerate of residents who live nearby. Odors from smoking are offensive to many. Please dispose of butts properly.
Beverages must not be consumed in the pool or within 6 feet of the pool.
The gate to the pool must be locked at all times. For identification in the pool area, your pool key must have your condo number attached to it and be presented when requested. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Only toilet trained youngsters may use the pool. This includes dangling of feet. A wading pool for non-toilet trained youngsters is available in the pool house. When finished using the wading pool - empty its contents into the garden area NOT the pool.
A first aid kit is located in the pool house. Life rings, pool furniture, wading pool and pool cleaning equipment must only be used for their intended purposes.
The bathroom is in the pool house. There is a cold water shower to use before and after swimming.
Please clean up after yourself and your guests:
Collect and dispose your own trash
Lower umbrellas before leaving pool.
Place furniture back to its usual position.
Lock the gate when you leave.
The management committee requests that homeowners and their guests adhere to and enforce pool rules to ensure that we maintain a pleasant and safe pool area for the enjoyment of all. Homeowners assume full responsibility for the actions of themselves and their guests.
