Annual Meeting

The homeowners meeting is held during the first quarter of each calendar year (January 1-March 31) for the purpose of approving the annual budget and electing the new management committee.

Residents will receive written notice of the agenda, past meeting minutes, financial reports and PROXY form 3 weeks prior to the meeting.

Our last Capstone Annual meeting was held  on Monday, March 17, 2025, 6:00 pm  at the Millcreek Library 2266 E Evergreen Avenue, SLC
