Mailbox

You can deposit Capstone-related mail (not personal mail) for the HOA Board in our labeled mailbox. The mailbox is mounted on the wall between the two garages of the north entrance. 

We will never sell, rent or loan your email address to anyone - ever.

If you change your phone number - please share it with us. We will continue updating our phone list along with names and unit numbers on paper and hand deliver them into your personal mailbox.

We will never post your personal information here on this website.
 

Please bag and tie all your garbage and place it outside in your unit trash receptacle. Earthwork picks trash up on Monday and Thursday.

We enjoy having pets at Capstone. Please keep your pets on a leash while walking them around the grounds of Capstone. “Pooper Scoopers” are required and pet waste must be bagged and disposed of properly.

A barking dog can be annoying to your neighbors. Please control excessive barking.

If pet owners repeatedly allow their pets to create a waste and/or noise problem of neighbors, the HOA Board has the authority to require the owner to remove their pets from Capstone.

Keep your garage doors closed! Some Capstone residents have reported items being stolen for their garages. On the lane garages are connected and if one garage door is open it can entice a thief to involve a neighbor’s garage too.

Pick up for dumpster garbage is Monday, Wednesday and Friday. There is a recycling bin at Harmon’s Grocery located on 1300 East 3300 South.

Cut tree or shrubbery branches so that they easily fit inside the dumpster.

DO NOT put any remodeling or carpeting waste in the dumpster. Make arrangements with your contractor to dispose of waste materials as part of their work for you.

No furniture, couches or chairs

The waste management company will NOT take any garbage left on the ground near the dumpster so ensure that all garbage is placed inside the dumpster.
